Refund policy
-Please inform us about your intention to return within 7 days after receipt of your order by sending an email to contact@vanto.store
-Products purchased on SALE are FINAL.
-We would appreciate your reason for returning the article in order to enhance your experience the next time round.
-Buyers are responsible for return delivery of product, which is the courier cost.
- the product must be intact and unused, with the original swingt-icket attached.
- the product must be returned in its original packaging.
Shipping costs for product return are at Vanto's expense in the case of company's errors in colour or model. They are the customer's expense for any other reason not linked to a provable and obvious error from the company's part.
Once the return is approved, you will receive a refund in the same manner you issued the payment.
-Once you have received our confirmation to return your order, you can send it back.We reserve the right to decline any returns that are lack any substance in terms of reason.
- After receiving your returned article we will refund the purchase price into your bank account within 7 days.
-We do not offer exchanges, but advise that if you prefer a different piece, you will have to purchase it.The value of the item being returned will then be credited to you, less the Return Courier cost.
-Returns not received in original condition, damaged or worn will be returned to the Purchaser at their cost
