How long does a pre-order take :
Pre-orders are dispatched within 7-9 business days. This allows us the time to prepare your bag properly rather than rushing production. Most customers find the short wait worthwhile once they receive the finished piece.
What if my order is slightly delayed :
Occasionally production can run a little behind schedule. If that happens, we’ll let you know. The delay is usually only a few days, and we’d rather take that extra time than send out a bag that hasn’t been finished properly.
Do you offer Pay Just Now as a payment option:
No — Vanto does not currently partner with Pay Just Now for Buy Now, Pay Later payments.
We proudly offer Payflex and Happy Pay instead — both allow you to split your purchase into easy, interest-free instalments at checkout.
Can i use my purchase for my laptop:
Your purchase is not recommended to house a computer/laptop. Laptop bags are heavily re-inforced to take the prolonged strain and weight over long periods of time. The brand to shop is THULE for laptop bags.

We deliver rapidly within 24 hours of order placement. Please factor in 3 days for fulfillment during a SALE period.
Will I need to pay duty on my purchase:

Is Vanto Eyewear of a good quality standard:
Our Eyewear proposition does not include any plastic. We only offer Acetate/TR90/Metal. Our Eyewear runs parallel to our Leather Accessories in terms of offering a Premium Quality standard.
Your competitors stock sunglasses that are cheaper:
We only offer superior materials that higher ends brands use, so our offering must be compared to Luxury brands. For example, we do not offer Polycarbonate lenses used in safety glasses, goggles, kids glasses. We opt for TAC and Nylon, which is optically superior.
