Returns

 -Please inform us about your intention to return within 14
days after receipt of your order by sending an email to contact@vanto.world

-The products must be sent to us in new condition (not used) with the Vanto swing ticket attached. Please note that if the branded swing ticket is removed/or cut it implies that the item has been used, and the item will not be eligible for a return.

-Items purchased as part of a promotional offer or bundle are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless deemed faulty under South African consumer law.

We encourage customers to review product details carefully or contact us prior to purchase — our team is always happy to assist.


-When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage. Courier return costs are deducted.

-Once the return is approved, you will receive a refund for the purchase amount. BNPL transactions are returned less platform comm.

-Once you have received our confirmation to return your order, you can send it back.

-We reserve the right to decline any returns that violate the stated return terms mentioned above.

-Returns not received in original condition, damaged, used, or with our branded swingticket removed, will be returned to the Purchaser at their cost.
