 -Please inform us about your intention to return within 7

days after receipt of your order by sending an email to contact@vanto.world

-The products must be sent to us in new condition (not used) with the Vanto swing ticket attached. Please note that if the branded swing ticket is removed/or cut it implies that the item has been used, and the item will not be eligible for a return.

-Customers wishing to exchange an item for a different product, colour or size must place a new order for the replacement item and return the original item in accordance with our Returns Policy. Once the returned item has been received and approved, a refund will be processed in line with our refund policy.

Please note that exchanges are processed as a new purchase and a separate return, rather than a direct product swap.

 

-Return requests received after the 7-day return notification period will not be accepted. Once this period has expired, change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

-Made to Order/Pre Order sales are final where specific hardware shades and body shades have been chosen by you.We urge you to view delivery timelines thoroughly and terms and conditions listed here before purchasing personalised items.We cannot be responsible if you rushed through a purchase without proper consideration.

-Items purchased as part of a promotional offer or bundle are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless deemed faulty under South African consumer law.

-We encourage customers to review product details carefully or contact us prior to purchase — our team is always happy to assist.

-When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage. Courier return costs are deducted.

-Once the return is approved, you will receive a refund for the purchase amount. BNPL transactions are returned less platform comm.

-Once you have received our confirmation to return your order, you can send it back.

-We reserve the right to decline any returns that violate the stated return terms mentioned above.

-Returns not received in original condition, damaged, used, or with our branded swingticket removed, will be returned to the Purchaser at their cost. 

-All refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the refund request being finalised. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the funds in your account.
