-The products must be sent to us in new condition (not used) with the Vanto swing ticket attached. Please note that if the branded swing ticket is removed/or cut it implies that the item has been used, and the item will not be eligible for a return.
Late Return Requests
Return requests received after the 7-day return notification period will not be accepted. Once this period has expired, change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
-Items purchased as part of a promotional offer or bundle are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless deemed faulty under South African consumer law.
-We encourage customers to review product details carefully or contact us prior to purchase — our team is always happy to assist.
-When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage. Courier return costs are deducted.
-Once the return is approved, you will receive a refund for the purchase amount. BNPL transactions are returned less platform comm.

Materials & Care
Our bags are crafted from premium leather and vegan leather, depending on the collection. To maintain their shape and finish, wipe gently with a damp cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight.
Warranty
Every purchase is covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing faults. We stand by the craftsmanship of our products and, wherever possible, will repair your bag or replace it if necessary. This does not cover wear and tear from daily use or misuse.
